
CEO of Outsiders welcomes CRM
Gayle Bock, a well-known marketing leader with more than 30 years of corporate experience and consulting worldwide, has joined Outsiders Head, the country’s leading “Executives-as-Service” company.
At Chief Outsiders, Bock will work with more than 80 part-time CMOs to make the right-sized commitments to SMEs and mid-market companies. Objective: Use their in-depth experience and rigorous C-level knowledge to help companies increase revenue, build cross-channel sales strategies, simplify operations and drive market innovation. Bock has spent the last three decades in the driver’s seat for B2C, B2B and B2B2C (e-commerce) retail initiatives, travel, telecommunications, financial services, skin care and luxury businesses. It has many successes and is based on the use of customer data to help companies increase revenue, loyalty, subscribers and additional revenue.
Bock’s start in consumer data-based marketing began in senior roles at Northwest Airlines, United Airlines and Delta Airlines, where, during his last engagement, he was vice president of Consumer Marketing around the world. Later, Bock offered marketing experience to an enviable portfolio of companies, Merrill Lynch and vice president of marketing for Mastercard, and a loyal role in customer loyalty at T-Mobile.
